Therapeutic grade essential oils

Whether it is the winter blues, a slight melancholy feeling, grief, loneliness or just feeling downright blah, there is an essential oil that you can utilise to help give yourself a lift. Personally, I use my oils regularly and they have helped me tremendously in times of stress or feeling a little bit blue.

Please do not use oils directly on skin undiluted or ingest them.
