I've always been drawn to spirituality, mindfulness, and practises like joy-finding and meditation and was delighted to discover Yours App consisting of a variety of meditations, soothing music, and wellness coaching. A mood tracker, breathing clocks, and functions for managing anxiety, psychology, and sleep are also included in the programme .
How Yours App Works
Yours App is an interactive programme that chooses material that is customised for the user. When you initially open the app, a set of questions will be shown to you, and you can choose from a variety of wellness-related themes to customise your experience. You can save time by not wasting it searching for pointless films and music by doing this. Yours App offers a cosy online retreat where you may spend time alone guilt-free with carefully created meditation routines, sleep stories, yoga activities, soundtracks, and more. The features of the application have superb audio and video quality.
Therapy & Psychology
The app's creator teamed up with psychologists and mental health specialists who offer advice in brief videos on subjects like relationships, stress, sleep and to help you lift your vibe. Yours App compiles the most recent information on research, analysis, and news in the field of mental health. The authors provide advice on how to live your life and exciting discussion starters for family and friends. The subjects covered by my custom app include:
Own your thoughts.
establishing ties
Stress Alert After COVID19
Perfect sleep
These were all expressed through carefully crafted videos.
Breathe Clock
This section of the app is one of my favourites. A little pause is all that is required before choosing a breathing exercise that times your inhale, hold, and exhalation. Along with the relaxing music, chimes, and vague natural noises, the breathing exercises have an immediate calming effect.
The breathing clocks are a great tool for increasing brain sharpness, physical vigour, and body tranquilly. Each of these seven breathing exercises can be timed and customised for length and intensity. Sometimes, especially during stressful moments, we need to step back and consider our breathing patterns. The breathing clock shows you when to inhale, hold your breath, and exhale.
You should practise these fast breathing techniques once or twice day, or whenever you feel stressed or anxious.
Evaluation of mood
The software generates a list of suggestions based on your input for the current mood of the day, which may include exercises, meditation techniques, stories, advice, hints, music, and more. Because this function is unbiased, you can rely on it and learn from it; you don't need to confide in anybody else. Even though I'm not a big fan of AI, I can see how monitoring your moods can be useful. If I'm not feeling quite as optimistic as usual, it is an honest approach for me to assess how I'm feeling and figure out how I might improve.
Mindfulness For Families
Teaching your children to practise meditation and deep breathing can be a wonderful gift. There are meditations on the programme designed specifically for teenagers, kids, expectant or new mothers, as well as meditations for a range of emotions and objectives. It also involves a number of methods, including visualisation, movement meditation, and breathing exercises.
Sleeping
Through the use of ASMR, ambient soundscapes, music, meditation techniques, and narrative, this health software offers ways to promote better sleep. I periodically find that meditation offers the same health advantages as sleep when I'm unable to fall asleep. I frequently have nighttime awakenings, and when my mind is racing, listening to a sleep meditation is a huge help.
Meditation
The meditation component of this programme, which was designed to assist you in managing anxiety and reducing stress, is one of its notable features. It includes several hours of yoga and meditation instruction from seasoned yogis. You can thus practise a variety of techniques to lower stress and anxiety and enhance sleep. I utilise meditation if I wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. After that, I relax and return to sleep. The meditations last 10 to 30 minutes.
I recently went into a deep state of peace while meditating, and I felt my body meld with the universe as a whole. That will be covered in a later post. You can enjoy a variety of fantastic health benefits when you practise the magnificent art of meditation.
Move the Body
We frequently overlook physical health when discussing mental wellness. But they do go together. The Yours App contains many of hours' worth of yoga videos to help you relax and revitalise your body.
Sound and Music
There is a vast selection of calming music in the music section, including piano, ASMR, atmospheres, binaural, and even classical piano. The function offers music recommendations for children, exercise, meditation, sleep, work and study.
Access hours of sleep stories to beat insomnia and get better sleep every night. Additionally, you can listen to inspirational stories about body image, travel, mental health, classic literature, fairy tales, and fantasy.
Conclusion
The Yours App is a great tool for keeping us calm, collected, and comfortable when under a lot of stress. Let's face it, recent years have not been easy for life on Earth, and many of us have faced challenges of many kinds. Software like Yours App on your phone might be a cheap companion to help you get through tough times. I think this software has a promising future.
