This is my all time favourite, quick and easy smoothie. It's light, and refreshing and takes no time to make.
Ingredients
One large grapefruit, peeled (no pith) and chopped - remove seeds as well
1 large sprig of mint (or more to taste)
1 cup of Coconut Water
Put the grapefruit in the blender first, add the mint then top with the coconut water and blend until smooth.
