I have a sweet tooth and when I crave a little something sweet I whip this little dish up.
One Banana
1 1/2 tsp Almond Butter
1 tsp Maple Syrup (more if you want sweeter)
Plain Greek Yogurt to serve.
Chop the banana and place on tin foil. Spread the Almond Butter and sprinkle the maple syrup over. Make the tin foil into a little parcel and bake in oven on 200 for about 15 minutes.
Yum!
